Intake Process

Our streamlined intake process helps determine eligibility, match residents with the best available accommodations, and ensure a smooth transition into their new home.

Referral & Initial Screening

We receive the referral and complete a brief phone screening to confirm basic eligibility, level of independence, and verify income or payment source. When appropriate, we’ll schedule an in-person assessment.

Approval & Room Matching

Once approved, we’ll match the resident with the best available room based on availability, preferences, and compatibility, then complete the required paperwork and collect the initial payment(s).

Move-In & Orientation

Residents receive a smooth, guided move-in with a brief orientation covering house rules, expectations, and available support to ensure a successful transition.

Do you accept referrals from agencies or providers?

Yes. We welcome referrals from case managers, healthcare providers, social service agencies, and other community organizations.

What is included in the monthly rate?

Your monthly rate includes a fully furnished room, all utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, washer and dryer access, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, bed linens, kitchenware, dishes, silverware, common area housekeeping, and other everyday household essentials. Residents are responsible only for providing and preparing their own food.

Can I apply if I have a criminal history?

Yes. Applicants with a criminal history are encouraged to apply. Every application is reviewed individually. Simply complete the appropriate inquiry form, and we’ll review your information to determine whether our program would be a good fit.

How do I get started?

Individuals can submit a housing inquiry, while providers can complete a referral form. Our team will guide you through the screening, placement, and move-in process.
